COVID-19 Resistance Plan

UPDATE ON OUR CURRENT COVID-19 RESISTANCE POLICIES


With the ever changing times of our world, we are modifying our current policies on appointments. We are now offering ONLY curbside care and suspending use of our exam rooms and lobby.

-If you are scheduled for an appointment, please call us once you have arrived. A technician will get a brief history about your pet over the phone and then come to your car to get your pet for the appointment. For our safety, we ask that you get your pet out of your vehicle. At times, we may even have you escort your pet to the front of the building before returning to your car. Once the doctor has performed their exam, they will call you on the phone to discuss your pet, their findings and to make any recommendations.

-If you have been feeling ill with flu-like symptoms, someone in your family has, or if you have traveled within the past 14 days, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.

-If you need to pick up medications or food, please call us ahead for refills to be authorized and to handle payment. Let us know once you arrive and a staff member can bring it out to you.

-We appreciate your patience and understanding during this very challenging time. No matter what, we will continue to provide the highest standard of care to you and your pets!

We will now be closed a couple of Saturdays in May, due to a limited amount of staff. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we look out for the well-being of our team members.
