"Loving the new location.The staff is super kind and got us in quickly after our pet injured herself.We did not have to wait long and they were great having folks and their pets sit apart from each other to help with pet anxiety.They let us use the weigh machine to avoid upsetting our anxious pup.The vet and tech were super caring and gentle. I appreciated the Vet's candor in explaining our options and his suggestion although not being pushy at all. The time in the room was longer than expected, but we were getting quotes and options along with bloodwork, and could tell they were trying to quickly get to everyone.The building is super clean and very nice. The move was not too far from the previous location and the Google maps listing was updated so we didn't miss a beat.*We also appreciate the online appointment request form.Thanks!"
