"My experiences at NTVC have, without exception, been absolutely outstanding. Every vet and every staff member has been sincerely kind, professional, empathetic, knowledgeable and positive. The clinic is spotless and smells wonderful. Every procedure is fully explained as well as the outcomes and implications of all tests and recommendations. Further, there is no judgement of your choices and decisions regarding your fur baby. Phone calls are always returned and questions answered, regardless of how busy the clinic is. We have two Scottie's who do not seem to be aging gracefully and I would not want to take them anywhere else.
