Your First Appointment
As you step through our doors, our friendly customer service representatives will greet you. They will promptly obtain your pet’s weight and guide you into an exam room. A skilled technician will then discuss your pet’s history and the reason for the visit. Following this, the veterinarian will conduct a thorough physical exam and address any questions you may have. Once the comprehensive nose-to-tail exam is complete, a technician will accompany you to the lobby for check-out and to schedule any recommended follow-ups.
